Repeated 1or2 ring, HANGUPS e

I don't know who called my cell phone number, or why they are calling me repeatedly!!! I need for this to be stopped, immediately!!!!

This number seems to be a survey for sprint customer service...which I awful so I did not have anything good to say

This unknown number calls my cell phone. If immediatly call the number back from my home phone, I get a message sayin this number is not in service at this time, even though I just received a call from them on my cell phone.

When I answer they don't say anything. Usually a message is left in Spanish if I don't answer. And if I call it back it says the number is no longer in service.
