Looks like this guy is just getting started today and he's REALLY STUPID. I reported him to FTC and I hope they fry him. Poor quality tape recording. Man with an accent. "Hi. This message is intended to contact you. My name is Steve Martin and I am calling regarding ___ action executed by US treasury intending your ___ attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 213-260-2296. I repeat 213-260-2296. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you."
