caller ID said New York. Recorded message saying it was noted that I did not receive a free offer during my most recent resort stay (I have not stayed in a resort), and that even though the offer is free, I needed to answer some questions - confirm I was over 18, then, even though the offer was "free", I needed to provide a credit card number for the resort's purposes. There were pauses in the 'spiel' in which I was supposed to answer, but did not. They finally hung up.

They left a message saying to call them at the county court house. When I called, they answered "IRS". When I questioned them, the man with what sounded like a Nigerian accent, told me to come over and "s--k his d--k two times, then hung up. I guess it was not the county court house after all.
I just received a call identical to what has been described by others. march 27, 2015 at 10:45AM CST. I knew it was a scam as the IRS won't operate in this manner and the message was too vague. I don't know what can be done but it might be worth calling your local television stations or newspapers and let them know a scammer is operating and contacting local numbers.
Got a call from 312-873-0670 is definatley spam..
Received call at 11:07am 3/27/2015. Answered while they were leaving a message. No one answered back. Obviously a recorded message from someone identifying themselves as Dennis Gray for "an enforcement action executed by US Treasury... Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magestrate, judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense..."
