Answer a survey, get a cruise
Recorded message saying I was selected to participate in a "political" survey for which I would received two free tickets to the Bahamas
a "free" cruise in return for answering a 30 second survey.
A recording said it was conducting a 30 second poll and by completing it I would receive a free cruise to the Bahamas. I completed the political poll, which was around 5 questions long (about Obama, America's problems, the oil pipeline, etc) and was transferred to a live agent saying he was with Caribbean Cruise Lines and I could get a 3 day, 2 night trip. He then disconnected the call on me.
The call was from Political Survey America. If I would take the time to take a telephone survey I would be eligible to receive a prize. These people must bw scammers and I really do not like having to pay AT&T put of pocket just so I can get caller ID to make these complaints. They are stealing from me.
lots of complaints online
I didn't answer because in the past the caller has solicited for a credit/debt-consolidation business, and I then told the caller to make this number off the telemarketing list.
A Robo call identifying themselves as a political message. These snakes are using a block of numbers in the 503-468-XXXX making it impossible to block them out. I hope they all go to jail for their actions.
Cruises to the Bahamas
The pre-recorded message stated that, "if you participate in a short political survey, you will receive 2 free tickets for a cruise to the Bahamas."
recorded msg under the guise of a political survey, then tells you they are offering free cruise... "Be sure to stay on the line" BS
