You guys are so damn annoying. You call 3-5 times a day, EVERYDAY. Then when you call the number back you can't get ahold of anyone. Do everyone a favor and piss off.

I continue to receive fraudulent calls from an Investigator Taylor. I know this is a scam call and I refuse to call it.

Just got the same call at 10:02am. Same exact experience as stated above. Callback leads to a vague voicemail system.

I have received 2 calls from this number. The first was not answered because I was not able to do so. The second call I answered. When giving my greeting, it activated a bot, that blathered on about consolidating student loan debt. I went through the "press this" and "press that" to have contact with a real person. When someone answered, I asked to speak to a Manager on Duty. I was asked what the call was for, and I responded with "Simply tell the Manager on Duty I wish to speak with them!" I was told I'd be put right through, and placed on hold. 7 minutes later, a recorded voice broke the silence and said "Good-bye!" The line was then disconnected. Clearly a phone scam.
