calls and hangs up, busy signal when called back

I recognized the guy's voice right away, he has been calling me for several months from different numbers. Some of the numbers they call from are in the US and some aren't. They somehow got my name and keep saying there are serious allegations regarding my social security number or I have an account past due that I will be arrested for. If you do answer they try to intimidate you by saying you'll be arrested while at work, they even scream at you when you dispute the validity of the call. This time they left a voicemail threatening to call my employer and family members if I did not call them back. They have also threatened before to call my mom and they knew her name too. I'm guessing they got a hold of some sort of credit application or something that I filled out with my number where I used my mom as a reference. No legitimate agency is going to threaten to call others in order to get you to call them back. Don't answer the phone for these people, their pitch is "you will be arrested unless you wire us money." It's a lie! Report every number they call from to the FCC. Believe me, report them or they will keep calling!

I've received over 17 calls from the 508-475-1314, with various versions of the last 4 numbers. 3 of them got thru to my voicemail before disconnecting.

Part of the various 508-475-XXXX block that keeps calling - when you call it back it asks if you want to be removed but doesn't actually remove your number.
