Pretty much the same complaint as everyone else. They get your contact info somehow, then call you. When you decline and hang up, they leave you threatening messages. I saved the message I got and will turn it in the to right parties.

First a woman called me telling me my application for debt relief was approved. She then asked me what kind of debt I have, and if it is unsecured credit card debt. I answered her question and as soon as I answered her, she asked for if I have a savings or checking account. I asked why she needed that application and she responded by saying that they would need the routing and account number to charge my account. She didn't bother to explain a program to me or tell me anything about the company she represented. I then told her that I would not give her that information and that I didn't even say I wanted to use this company's service. She responded with "Oh" then hung up. Two days later a guy called whose name I can't recall. I explained to him that I had already spoken to someone from their company and said I'm not interested. When I attempted to tell him of my conversation w/ the woman, he began talking over me and would not listen to what I was telling him, so I hung up. A few seconds later, my phone rang w/ the same number he called on the first time and left me a threatening message telling me I was being non-compliant and if I didn't call him back immediately he would be forced to call all of my creditors and tell them I am not being compliant. I attempted to call him back on my lunch break but the line was immediately disconnected as soon as it was answered. The person on the other end hung up.
Debt relief scam. Even though I've told them MANY MANY times I have none and wouldn't buy their scam if I did. They don't even know my name.
