Called my cell phone, left no message. The Carpet Cleaning Company does not have a Google presence; no business can be found by that name. I suggest everyone call from different phones and leave a message about having them come out or have them call back but give them fake numbers and addresses.

you know its kind a fun to call these assclowns back and tell them they owe you money, you all should try it just say you're a credit collector too. 3rd or 4th party. its the best method. turn an annoyance into a great afternoon
Recorded message from the "Marriot Hotel". Seems I have won a free stay at one of their hotels. Press '1' to continue.
A girl name Lesanne that keeps calling for money Like how do we stop these calls
This is CBV - a collection agency that is absolutely and annoyingly unbelievable!! CBV insists that they were Telus, but I've never even held any type of Telus account in my life!! I've been with the same cell phone company for about 5 years now - and it is definitely NOT Telus or any related subsidiary thereof!! They harass you at home, at work, at your place of business! They also started harassing family and friends, and even started calling my manager and boss at work trying to contact me and get personal information!! Now my bosses and several colleagues know about my so-called debts - CBV disclosed some very personal information they apparently had on file to unauthorized individuals who have no direct access or relation to me!! This collection agency breaches so many laws/legislation/policies (federal, provincial AND municipal) - they refuse to give you their name and the company they're calling from, when used automated dialing deivces they're obligated to include a phone number and mailing address where they can be reached (which they do not include!!), they call at all hours (before 7am and after 9pm) and even call on holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Years, etc.), they HARASS YOU (at home, at work, on your cell) - they will call up to a dozen (yes, 12 times!!) a day even if I've answered and talked to someone at CBV already (it is ALWAYS a different person from CBV calling though!), they are RUDE/IGNORANT/DISRESPECTFUL, they continue to call even though I'm on the Canadian DNCL (Do Not Call List) and have asked them to remove my name and phone number and to place me on some sort of internal do not call list - yet they continue to call me at home, work, etc.!! I hope they know that I and several other people they've harassed while apparently looking to contact me (family, friends, colleagues, office manager and bosses) have made official complaints to the CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission), which they are already investigating (they told me that they've previously received numerous complaints about CBV from both consumers and businesses alike, and that they are/have been and continue to be under investigation currently for various breaches and blatant disrespect of federal and provincial laws/statutes relating to marketing, telecommunications, harassment, DNCL listings...), and will eventually be fined ($15,000 per breach - and the total amount of fines is unlimited...I've seen such companies be ordered to pay over $250,000 for the reasons (breaches) noted above. CBV calls from a multitude of different numbers with area codes 604 and 778 (both located in British Columbia) - not sure if they're "pinging" numbers or just using a large variety of various telephone lines (about 10-12 different but similar phone numbers used by CBV under false pretenses to lure you in!). The most frequently used CBV numbers that are showing up on my work, cell and home phone display are: (604)296-3239; (604)296-3232; amd 778-452-2454 - so BEWARE!! An aquaintance told me they owed about $90 for an old Telus bill that they never received after their contract ended almost 2 years ago. CBV called them and tried to convince them that they didn't owe just $90 now, but that she owes close to $1600 after interest, fees, taxes, misc. administration charges, bla bla bla. Most collection agencies are happy to receive the original amount, and tend to knock off a lot of the interest and extra charges/fees in attempts to come to a solid payment agreement with you (they would rather get something than not get anything at all!!).
