recording states to press 1 to lower your credit card debt. Once you press 1 they start a series of questions. I tell them I am on the do not call list, they laugh and hang up, and call back. I have been verbally abused by these people. It is obviously a call center from the sounds in the background.

lowering the credit card interest. also in the robo it says, "thank you for your last payment..." I have confirmed with my credit card company that it is not them and they did not pass my information on to a third party.

interest reduction on credit cards if you use there service. The message has changed from a female voice to a male and the minimum debt has decreased from $5,000 to $3,000 held on your credit card account(s)

Credit card services. I have asked them repeatedly not to call that I am on the dnc list. They swear at me. I am elderly and can't take the constant stress. Please make them stop.
