I received this phone call on my cell phone. The person only spoke Spanish, I asked him for somebody who spoke English and he said sorry nobody there speakis English adn hung up. When I tried calling the number back I got a recording stating it is not a working number. SO FRUSTRATING!

Received call at work in Memphis, TN at 11:43 a.m.

Missed call, when called back, recorded announcement that it's a non-working number. This is obviously a telemarketing outfit spoofing its number.

Recorded Spanish call advising I am winner number 10 and to claim price I must press one.
It has something to do with marketing of credit cards.
