When you get a call from out of state and the person doesnt say anything or they say something like "Hi" then hang up. All these idiots are trying to find out is if the number is good. If you answer or have voicemail answer, you gave them what they needed. They sell databases' of numbers to other dumb @ss companies who then sell it again to telemarketers. So there is really no way to get around this other than have a voicemail that says "Sorry, but the number you dialed is not in service, goodbye".

They harass me by calling several times a day....over and over. I asked to be taken off their list and they will NOT DO IT!!!! So frustrating!!!

They call my personal cell phone, trying to sell credit card processing for businesses. I have no need for that. They used to call once a week. I finally answered and said I'm not interested. Since then they have called once or twice A DAY. Don't answer if they call you.
