only a computer voice calls, an automated system that uses a robot voice to call repeatedly there is no way to get ahold of a human no matter what you do all you can do is call the Attorney General to complain and put uourself on the www.Do Not Call list.com

robot never a real person claiming they can clean up my credit reguardless of the status of my credit. I have known people who have been called how have great credit and they are still hassled by these people. you can't get a real person on the line to remove your number. Despise companies don't talk to their customers are callers they're trying to get ahold of so rude!!

This is an independent debt collection agency. They have called me regularly for a couple years now trying to collect on a debt for a vacuum cleaner. I have never purchased a vacuum cleaner in my life, or heard of the company they were calling on behalf of. I had told them over the phone and by registered letter on several occasions they had the wrong person. I have no collection accounts, no debits, nothing they should be calling me about so I blocked their number and filed a complaint with the FCC. The calls stopped eventually. But when I checked my credit report recently I found they had reported a bad debt on my credit report! Of course, I had it removed immediately and now they've started calling me again. I blocked the number again. I don't know what else to do other than to hire a lawyer (at additional expense) to file a cease and desist order, but I doubt that would even stop them.

They call every day with a pre recorded message. I don't know what they want but I'm tired of them calling. They said they want to talk to someone on an important matter. What is the matter? They send a automotive call and not a live representative. I wish they stop calling.

Their caller ID is "Monterey Financ", almost non-stop calling. Tried to press 1 (as they asked) and speak to a human to have them stop calling without any success.
