just received a letter from executive management inc. they want 5000$ ASAP or 3500$ to settle. i told them i have no idea what they are speaking about and wanted to know how this fine had been accumulated they would not give me any info. they referred me to a number at the bottom of the page claiming to be time warner collections #. it requested i left a message when i called it and that was it. i decided to call time warner. they said they have no idea who this collection agency is. they said they use a diff collection agency.they claimed the number EMC had refereed me to was not a time warner number. they said the account number i gave them was not an account from them. further more they said i have never been a client of theirs and if i wanted to i was able to order full cable access through them. ive never received any warnings or billing statements from time warner. i spoke with someone named viviane sarquis and janet from EMC viviane is a b***h FYI. she became defendant immediately after i told her i spoke with time warner and they have no idea what shes talking about. they do have a web site. it looks fake. viviane has a facebook that was only made this april. and the company says they've been around since 03. Time warner told me tofile a police report immediately id suggest for everyone else to do the same. DONT PAY THEM A DIME! in my opinion its way fishy that we all have the same amount owed. thats its 5000 grand even no cents amount. time warner says its impossible to accumulate a bill that high even if it were fraud they only bill for the months used.. 5000 is like 5 years of cable ??!?!? i also looked up the business under secretary of state debra brown and they are suspended. they claim to b under new management but EMC wont give me any information.

Claimed I owe them $5000 fine in violation of the service of Time Warner Cable. Seems to be a scam as my cable service provider is not Time Warner and have never been.
