These jerks have the capability to program their name and caller ID that they send out. They have a PRI(many of them) which gives them this capability.I can't understand why they are allowed to continue operations as they have no regards for the rules and regulations of the FCC and the do not call list. I contacted the FCC and the FTC and both said that there is nothing that they can do.(They could but are too damn lazy) I run a business and these people flood me with 2 -3 calls at the same time and average 10-20 calls per day.My receptionist does not work for free so she has to put our customers on hold to deal with these AHOLES.

Every day around the same time I get a message from this number. Something about health insurance. When I call the number back, an automated message says that I can press 2 (or whatever) to be removed from their list. I've done this several times, and they still keep calling.

This number calls my cell at least twice a day; I would really like it to stop!

Have been getting persistent calls from this number for about a month - never a message. FYI: "to get the calls to stop, call 'Telephone Management' @ Digitcom Services (866) 225-1956. Speak to a human, they claim you will be blocked from their company's list that very night..." Also from site: "call 1-866-225-1956, [however] Digitcom evidently changes this [866] number from time to time so you may have to call 310-358-7000 to get the new number..." No one seems to indicate a successful remedy, however. Keep in mind, if you dial an 8xx number (a free number), it could be construed as "doing business with", and thus negate your DNC status. FYI: google shows Digitcom Services Inc at a west-LA address: 12923 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066. I have neither answered the incoming calls nor attempted to reach out to the 866 or 310 numbers - assuming a "live" number is worth more to them. I will use posted info to lodge complaints w/ BBB & DNC

I also found the Digitcom name attached to this number online. I called to get my number removed and they swore it would be done. I kept getting the call daily, so I called agian and was also given some 866 number to call. I called them and had to leave a recording. I kept getting the damn call, so I tried the 866 number again, which of course was now disconnected! I called Digitcom again and demanded to speak to a manager. I got a guy named Hugo. He promised me that I would not receive another call from that number after that date. I received calls for the next 2 weeks after that date. I called Hugo again, who gave me his direct number but got a voicemail and some flunkie called me back and promised me that I would not get any more calls from that number...what do YOU think happened!? Yesterday, when I got the call, I pressed the '1' again to "be removed from our list". I got another call from them today!!! Mind you, I've tried pressing '7' "to speak to a representative" several times only to have the call "hang-up" on me right after pressing '7'. This time I was totally shocked that I actually did reach a human being at this number named Wade. He informed me the name of the company making the calls is United Benefits out of Knoxville, TN. HE has now promised me that I will not receive any more calls from this number but since it is late in the afternoon, it may be Friday before it is in effect. We shall see. I've been trying unsuccessfully for well over a month now to get to the actual company making the calls. I have already threatened Digitcom telling them that since they won't provide me the name of their customer (the caller) I had no choice but to report THEM (Digitcom) to the FCC if they did not get their customer to stop calling me! I swear if I get another call from that number after Friday, I will be listing BOTH companies on my complaint to the FCC. You can get the PDF complaint form by going to Perhaps if one or both companies gets a fine, they may think twice about disregarding our requests to STOP calling!!!!
