The area code 855 is NOT an area code. It is a purchased Toll Free number which gives the appearance of a legitimate business. It likely is not legitimate. It also is NOT assigned a location. You as the recipient of a call from a number beginning with 855 will NOT know what state the caller is calling you from. I received a call this morning in which I refused the call (on my cell) and a voice message was not left. I began looking for a location on 855 and finding that there isn't anything identifiable, I noted that this is the first time the number has been searched and there are no other call complaints about this number. BEWARE - Do Not Answer - 855 is a Toll Free number and does not indicate where the call is coming from. Who knows if it is even within the United States - you may be charged for the call.

They call themselves : The Seller Networks, Auto Seller Network family. They elicit business via ads you posted on Craiglist, Kijiji, Autotrader and promise you they'll sell your vehicle for asking price through their large network by offering subprime candidates loans for used vehicles. BUYER BEWARE, they'll ask for $500 upfront on your credit card !!! Some reviews say the business is fraudulent although I haven't used them. It does look shady in my opinion.
Sara says i won something at a fair I didn't go to.
Every time this number calls, it rings once or twice and then they hang up. I answered today and there was only silence and then it disconnected. They call a couple times a week.
