This number appears on my phone multiple times a day, every day

somehow this party found and/or located my cell phone number. I never give my cell phone number out so I do not know how they were able to find it. The only bill that I was not able to pay on actually went to court and a judgment was issued against me already so I have no idea why this jackass company is trying to call me ... Albeit I had sent a certified return receipt letter for ceasing and desist to this collection agency demanding them to disclose information proving that I owed what they said I owed. They signed the letter but did not comply.. so as far as I'm concerned this is bogus reporting on my credit rating..! Apothaker and Associates was the company and they did not comply with my request! Instead, they went and had a judgement issued... So, as far as this particular caller, I am not pressing one or two for anything.. I am not wasting my minutes on this crap. I will have my phone turned off so as to avoid the nuisance phone call from some stupid ass company that hasnt got a clue that the statute of limitations has run. Furthermore, I know the statute HAS run because the caller is using my maiden name and I've been married 8 years now using my married name.. so they need to stop the harassment!
