I received a similar call today from a Mark Cooper who spoke the same threats that are noted in above comments. He was unable to provide me any assurance of the legitimacy of the call, so I hung up.

caller calls about 3 times a month and it says to call back and it needs immediate attention without saying who or whats its about. it must be a scam!

Fraudulently impersonates a law firm and issues multiple threats. This is one of many different numbers these people use. Do not respond to them and report them immediately.

This is scam. The current scam going on is for tennis lessons. They will send you money and then tell you they sent too much by mistake and ask you to send them back the difference. The original check they send you is fraudulent.
