Many Many calls from this number they never answer me when I pick it up.

My family has been harassed by this number several times a day for about a month now. They always call when I'm not home, and he told my husband outright that he will not stop calling until they've talked to me (his words were "I don't take no for an answer"). Upon further investigation, it seems this number is a branch number of Rogers; more specifically their "Premium Readers Club". I've been scammed by there magazine company "Premium Readers Club" before so I want nothing to do with them.
