I did some checking also, Also found out they called my daughter inlaws mother telling her if we didn't call them back and they said they knew we were there the police would come out and arrest her.When we called back as stated above ,they just threatened with asummons and did want to speak to our attorney,of course they wouldn't because they are in the wrong. Hopefully they will stp harassing family.(wishful thinking)

They did not call us but someone who we hardly know, When I called their # they would not talk to me wanted to speak to my husband, they told him it was for a old and I do mean old credit card, they were informed we had filed chapter 13 last year and the attorney took care of all those things, my husband asked for something in writing so we could have attorney go over it, they threatened with a summons, so I guess we will see what happens, and why are they calling relatives of relatives and how do they get their phone numbers when they are not listed?

I’ve done some digging and here are the companies associated with these fraudulent debt collectors. You should send any correspondence to the Montecito Drive and Rimpau Ave addresses as the UPS store on Magnolia Ave will not take a certified letter. However one of both of the other addresses are the operations and parent of National Filing Service.

If you receive a call like this for this company call the police and report it; they are perpetrating a fraud. Then call your state and report it to them as they are most likely operating illegally. Finally call the Riverside County Sheriff’s office at toll free 800-950-2444 or 951-776-1099 and report the fraud to them.

caller did not give her name she talk to my mother and she told her that she had papers to take me to serve on me if I did not call them back adn if I did not show up in court they would get me for not appearing. they would not say what this was about or who they are.
