I received this same voicemail, and it was quite odd.

Recorded message stating the IRS is going to file a lawsuit against me, and to call them back at 210-418-5061. My caller ID showed them as being from Puerto Rico with the following number (939) 565-3661. This is a scam.

They call every damn day 3 or 4 times a day. The couple times i actually have answered, they never speak. When i call back, they never answer. Since i added the number to auto reject, theyve somehow figured a way around the reject and now the number comes through and rings and shows as a call from Russia! And when i try to add it to reject list, i can not add i ternational numbers to reject list? Wtf? Seriously? No damn idea who they are, just know theyre supposedly in Pataskala, Ohio and theyre annoying as hell!
I received a call from this number @ 7:37 am this morning. The caller stated in a voicemail message that his name was Steve Martin. The message he left was very odd. He never used my name, just kept saying "you". He was talking about him trying to contact me regarding enforcement action by the US Treasury. It was a very hostel call.
