It was a automatic system about lower credit card accounts. Press 9 to talk to someone and press 2 to take off directory. Now it is owned by Sprint Spectrum, LP on the East Coast near Georgia or South Carolina. Now it is saying the number is not in service. If you get a call from this number contact the FTC 877-382-4357.

Automated phone call three times a week indicating that due to timely payment of credit cards we are eligible for lower interest rates. No option to stop frequent calls in the future. We simply hang up the phone each time.
This number keeps calling me with an automated message to call them regarding my credit cards. I am unable to speak with anyone to get my number off their list.
Don't feel bad-we have been receiving these "lower your interest rates" calls for almost 15 YEARS now. They come at all hours and days of the week-including holidays. We have spoken to Congressmen, Senators, the Police Department and the Phone Company. They either cannot or will not do anything about these calls. And, yes-we've reported to the Do Not Call list Hundreds of times. Totally worthless.
And, by the way, if you block the number, they will simply change to a different number. They have called here with Dozens of various numbers and sometimes even names. This particular one came in this morning under the name of "Michael Lewis"...
