Just repeated the word "Hi."

No matter what number this thing calls from, and there have been many and from several different states including straight up "United States" its the same damn recording!!! I almost feel like I'm being pranked, certainly harassed! If I did this, I'd be incarcerated, bankrupt, and publicly humiliated! I DEMAND to know what can be done with this!!!! I've had like over 20 of these calls in under 24 hours and the charm has definitely worn off! Not to mention, any text message, email, video, etc... gets zapped anytime one of these damn calls comes in, so it's intrusive on every level!!! Somethings gotta give here

I called the number back. A young man with an Indian or Pakistani accent answered. I could hear chickens crowing in the background. I asked "who is this" and he hung up on me.
