I received this as a spam text, the number has a history as a robo call or telemarketer. I found this using the AI Search app Phind, an exceptional way to get summary results without wasting time

According to thefeedfoundation.org, the number is a "spoofed number" that belongs to an individual. Furthermore, neuromedpa.com states that the number belongs to Neurological Medicine, P.A., located in Greenbelt, MD.

Whitepages.com states that the phone number is associated with the area code (201), which is located in New Jersey and covers the cities of Jersey City, Bayonne, Union City, West New York, and Hackensack.

They claim to be SS in Jersey city HOWEVER, they ask you very personal information that I just found out usually they ask you to go to the office personally to answer. Go directly to the office do not answer their questions.
