Call 2-3 times a day four rings hangs up no message. I block the number but each call is the same area code and first 3 numbers the same different last four numbers.

Automatically blocked by Callcontrol. It's not actually the organization that's calling it's a company that the organization hires which keeps as much as 80% of the money collected for that organization. These tactics are completely outdated and are aggressively against the organization that they work for. Not worth the time and effort. If you want to give money to the organization call them up directly and send them a check don't go through these money grubbing companies.
