This came on a phished or spoifed phone number of a Research PhD in Shaker Hgts, Ohio. It is not a police phone number, nor do they call a person talking "we will be coming to arrest you on 4 allegations after 24hrs.
Police do not call people like this! They'd be knocking on your front door.

This is a dangerous scam. One which in 2022 the U.S. Custom Border Patrol of Homeland Security issue a warning letter.
The write "the resident is instructed to provide banking information or other personnel identifiable informatiob , such as Social Security numbers or dates of birth.
These calls are scam attempts. U.S. Residents are urged NOT to provide the scamming caller ANY information "
My phone listed this call as "poisonious". These scammers have been calling many days of the week including weekends on a wide sekection of phone numbers. I do not answer these but they just keep calling.
I encourage if someone else gets these calls to protect themselves and just do no answer ir engage with these Turkish scammers. Be safe!

Caller wants to make a lowball cash offer for my home

This is another dangerous scam in which the U.S. Customs & Border Patrol of the U.S. Homeland Security issued a warning letter this year (2022) to U S. residents.
They write "the resident is instructed to provide banking information or personal identification such as Social Security numbers or dates of birth.
U.S. Residents are urged not to provide these callers with ANY information."
Call recipients are instructed to immediately hang up the phone if they answered. It's best not to answer at all.
These people have been calling me on a wide array phished and stolen phones. These calls vome in on multiple days of the week and even on weekends.
Protect yourself from these dangerous calls.

This call is by Turkish scammer that is so dangerious the U.S. Customs & Border Patrol of U.S. Homeland Security issued a warning letter in 2022.
This scammer instructs U.S. Residents receiving these calls to provide banking information and/or other personal identifiable information.
They alert and urge U.S. Residents to not give any information to these people.

These Turkish scammers have been calling and calling me on a wide array of phished or spoofed U.S. numbers on multiple days a week and weekends. The Turkish scams either cone through as Kepsuttarim or Dursunbeytarim Turkish scams.
