Received an unwanted spam & fake call from this phone number.

This caller was abusive.
He has constantly called trying to buy my home for cash. When I asked him to stop calling this number. He replied, maybe I will. He's called at least a 100 times I. Typically never asked I blocked him multiple times
I've answered him once and he was abusive.I don't plan to answer the call again.But blocking does not seem to prevent the call

Illegal telemarketing call in rapid succession. Do you SERIOUSLY believe I'm going to answer just because you call within seconds of the 1st attempt. No wonder you're a Tele agent, too stupid to handle real jobs!!!
