Will call persistently and send SMS asking the ouck up the phone. These are unknown numbers.

Claims to be from Allstate and has $4000 dollars for me, no strings attached and does not need any account information.

Heavy Indian/Pakistani accent.

Caller did not identify themselves but based on background noise the call was coming from a call center either in Pakistan or India.

Whoever set up this scam has a lot of time on their hands. This is one of MANY phone numbers they use to bypass call blocking. I've only gotten three seconds of their voice mail but it always ends with "Thank you, and have a wonderful day!"
