The person called and I believe asked me by my first name. When I asked him what he wanted, he said that there were some security concerns about my xfinity modem, I told them I no longer had x.Finity and hung up
No audio for the first 15 seconds then asked if my name was Jennifer which it isn't.
Call answered they said they were representing credit card fraud trying to fish for information. This is a very fraudulent scam. Call please block them. No information was given by me.
