Simple common sense for any number not attaching their name. They are sneaky, liars, untrustworthy, and dishonest. Do you hide your name from people? I have a collector calling me...I will never answer the phone until they decide to be a man or woman, stand up on both feet and tell me who they are, and what they want. That's how a professional adult business person does their job. Trying to trap or scam someone into answering the phone is just wrong...Grow up and do your job honorably. After all, 99% of people you're collecting from owes because they just don't have it, not because they don't feel like it. They choose to feed their families and take care of their elderly. They owe it because the company they owe it to charge too much in order to pay people like you to sit on their butt harassing and annoying people via communication, which by the way is illegal.

Fails to give an ID when calling 20+ times a day. When someone calls me with no ID, that says they're hiding from something making them distrustful, dishonest, and will not keep their word, making them liars, thieves, and scam artists! No matter who I myself call, my name always accompanies my number because I'm not ashamed of my name and not ashamed to let people know who is calling despite the purpose of the call. ( Friendly, collections, sales, or bad news.)
