called at 12:40am-am on Do Not Call list which means they do not care about fines-I have caller ID program installed which let me know these r scammers out of Antigua/Barbadous. Block em and forget em!!!

HAHA Might run up a huge bill on contract phones but I have a no contract phone with TMobile and this number called me just now...I said hello twice and the caller hung up....not a person though.....was silence.....I am sure this is a scam of fishing....seeking bank info stored on the phone maybe...only glitch is on a no contract phone there is NO info to get....No number that is attached to a billing feature.....I have a no contract phone for just this reason....no one knows who I am and can't get ANY personal info from me!!! Might be something EVERYONE should consider!!!

3 calls received, did not hear phone ring. Called # back and msg said my account was not authorized to receive calls from this #. This call was on my cell phone. Recently, I called the # listed to block cell phone #s.

Some scam company offering free gift cards. Just hung up on the recording and would like to know how to block these calls on my cell phone>

This number called and did not leave a message. When I called it back from my cell I keep getting put on hold with techno music. When I call back from a landline it says the call can not be completed. This is the third different number that keeps calling, yet my number is on the do-not-call list. Very frustrating, do-not-call list is pointless if calls keep coming through.

Hangup spam call from the Caribbean. Don't call back! They are trying to get you to hang on to "win" more entries.

I got a call on my cell from this number this afternoon. I did not answer; they left no message. In the past couple of weeks, I have received three calls from various numbers in different Caribbean locations. The first one had news reports about it being a scam to hit your phone bill with outrageous costs that go to the scammer; I strongly suspect the others were made with the same intent. Sounds like we might be having to deal with this for a while. I echo the above observations and advise everyone to not answer the phone if you don't recognize the caller ID.
