Got a voice call from this number, and immediately got what sounded like a recorded message that tried to make it seem as though I had called them, made some procedural mistake in doing so, and needed to call them back.
Checked and found that default Samsung phone app flags this number as Likely Spam.
Blocked.
This idiot will not leave me alone he keeps making new numbers and texting me discussting things! He need's a padded room!
They don't say anything. They just call and stay quiet. I blocked them on my phone, but I can't seem to block them from leaving voicemails where they hang up.
