Using disconnected phone numbers. I've told them over and over not to call me back

When i asked him to put me on the do not call list, he became very rude!

They are trying to sell computers, never heard of the company and it sounds like an indian on the phone

Caller ID had a person's name, but voicemail was about an Xfinity discount that I could not use if I wanted to. I can't get Xfinity in my area.
