BUCKMASTERS. Entered a contest and they started calling almost every day from three different numbers. Google them. Some ppl have reported that they are claiming ppl who entered a contest subscribed to a membership over $100 and threatened to send ppl to collections.

My phone recognizes this as RocketMortgage, probably because I received a legit solicitation call from them and it was no biggie. However, this line is used by Quicken/RocketMortgage for solicitation calls and are very aggressive. I know it is from quicken, because they leave the legit 800 number to call. This morning, the message said it was "critical" I call, so I did. Nothing... no concerns on my account at all. Last time, they talked to me about a small deferment I did through Covid, and since I am close to paying off my mortgage, they were trying to do a refi or something. I did not ask for more information, did not ask for a loan payoff report...but there was a $25 charge on my account for a loan payoff report. I had to escalate the dispute at Rocket and they reviewed the call and confirmed I did not ask for a payoff report. Therefore, this IS an arm of Quicken/Rocket, and they are implementing questionable practices. I have blocked the (313) number and removed my cell phone # from my mortgage account.
