Known Medicare scam call

I answered and no one said anything

Robo callers claiming that I may be eligible for Social Security benefits. The calls get blocked, but voicemail does not. The voicemails are always silent and last about 4 or 5 seconds which is how I know it's the same spammer.

These callers use robo dial along with my area code. The call has been getting blocked, but there's still a silent, 4-5 second voicemail left. I've called one of the numbers back and they claim to be trying to get me Social Security benefits.

a female named Jamie called and was speaking so fast "she immediately said it was being recorded, so I informed her that YES, I AM RECORDING THIS" when asked she just said she was Schumpert Outsourcing, no explanation why calling but gave 855-312-9808 as a call back but phoned from 318-506-3870...... this is ridiculous...
