I have gotten several dozen texts like this.

Pretending to be a recruiter

Chris Hall from federal trade commission badge gs1811, with case number. Claimed that my identity was stolen and that I needed to hire them for a private investigation to iron out the details or else my case would be made public and all of my information exposed with possible financial repercussions. Known scam.
