A gentleman from this phone number notified me that I have a debt owed to a 'Cash Company' for a payday loan. When I asked for additional information, he refused to give it to me and hung up. When I called back, he told me I was being defensive and that was why he hung up on me. All I did was notify them that I had filed for bankruptcy. He stated they had verified employment, address and wages and that based off of this they filed a complaint which is for $2900. Payday loans are able to be discharged with chapter seven bankruptcy. He said the company 'Cash' something sent mail to my address which has gone unresolved. I've not gotten anything to my address and after looking this company up, it appears they're a scam.
