Call hang up spam

Been called several times by this number...have not answered it yet.

I answered and it was blank then the call ended

I now have 20 calls from 1-345-599-4270 in less than 4 hours time. How can I block or report this number?

Someone has called me 14 times from this number just today 7/9/15. It is very annoying and I refuse to answer it. Is there any way to block it or report it to the proper authorities?

These calls all refer to providing a loan of money and some claim that my application has been approved ( I have not applied) for any amount of money. I have applied on-line in the past, more than a year ago, but have made no recent applications. I do receive email offers quite frequently but normally delete those messages and do not open them.

That I had applied for a home loan, said wrong person name and address, said I have not applied, they argued yes.

trying to tell him that he is approved for a loan but not being specific about what type of loan.
