He said they want to help me choose an advantage plan for medicare.

I said I didn't need that help. He wanted me to say if I had medicare, I would not tell.

I asked how he gets paid because he has to get paid. Told me not to worry about that. I said I was worried bc I don't want to pay and I've not heard of one company helping find advantage plan. They all want you to call each one. So what is the name of the Co he works for. He hung up

Plays a prerecorded/robo message that claims to be The Fundraising Center. They have called from multiple numbers and won't stop. The carrier of the numbers, Twilio, won't stop this either and just claim the number is spoofed even though me getting the same robomessage when I call them from a different number is proof that the number is not spoofed. Report these calls to Inteliquent, who will tell you it is Twilio, then report to Twilio, and when Twilio does nothing, report to the FCC and FTC. Apparently Twilio was issued a cease and desist by the FCC this year for illegal robocalls.
