Trying to sell medical insurance plans

They called, left 12 massages last week and 6 today 5/14/18.
I called back but get a recording that says to press 1, I think, to opt out of these calls, which I did last week, but they keep on calling. I am also on the do not call list, which is worthless.

I have been getting these calls for about the last 7 days non stop, sometimes 30 to 40 times a day, my caller id comes up with health hotline and when you answer there is no one on the other end and they have many numbers.

this number shows up on my phone at least twice a day and they leave a message. selling insurance which I do not need.
