Xfinity called. I don't have an Xfinity product or account. Most likely a bad phone number in one of their records

I don’t know who this is, but when I tried to call back to check, it said that my call cannot be answered at this time. So I don’t know what call type to label it as. Why am I still getting calls from unknown people.
