No message. If I pick up, response is on a "dead" delay for a couple of seconds and then a noisy background starts and caller may or may not then say hello responding to me. At that point, caller hangs up or line goes silent and I hang up. I have never known the reason for the call.

Our Mental Health office has received at least 3 calls on our patient line from East Commerce Solutions despite being told that we are not interested and they were calling a phone line reserved for PATIENTS. We have repeatedly asked them to TAKE US OFF their calling list but they wont stop
