I have "Truecaller" installed on my phone. This number was block from coming through and was identified by "Truecaller" as "TOP SPAM"

No Caller ID, No Message left

but this number did call for no reason, and asking to confirm my number,

Said i had ebay and gift csrd purchase on visa.

Scamming men for money in return for shitty sex

This unidentified number has called my phone 3 times this week. No messages.

I am waiting for a call from government. This caller said they received my number because I had called them. No such thing had happened

It is a Safe number . Rogers voicemail service . It is telling you there's a voicemail .If you dial 1 to retrieve your messages this number will show up in your call logs , not the number 1.
Any messages from collections or scammers are not originated from this number but rather left as a voicemail and this is the access number .
I'm in South Cariboo BC ..Down on the coast it's a different number for Rogers voicemail but they are legit and safe . If you block it then you could possibly be blocking access to your voicemail or the notification you have mail .
