The first thing you hear is a voice menu. Just hang up. If you select an option, the least that will happen is your number might be resold, the worst is that you get scammed.

Left no messages. Lots of background TV noise in Spanish.

Asking if I used card at a specific merchant for a specific amount...definitely phishing for information.

Continues to call and dont say anything

Block call and voice-mail.
