412 Area Code

Claim to be from PECO and I need to pay my bill, even though I'm not a PECO customer

No message left. Caller ID just said "CARNEGIE PA" (yes, with space in the middle). Another site ALREADY had it flagged as spam when I looked the number up just now.

Always starts with "Hey, there! Sorry we missed you!..." Sick of whomever this is. Blocked many times.
