Local number spoofing included. I'm surprised they left a message. Most scammers don't. Here's the voicemail transcript:
I'm with Medicare rewards regarding your insurance warranty. My call back number is 866-533-0597.

Never trust a call that has the phone number repeated in the cid! This is an obvious attempt for the caller to disguise their true identity. This obviously is a scam. It is an illegal, cold calling, unsolicited attempt by a criminal to gain money and personal information. My software automatically blocked this call!
