Bad recorded voice saying "dear customer, you electric bill is past due and service will be terminated if not paid immediately." I don't currently pay an electric bill and this phone number has never even been associated with an account in the past. They never say what company they are with, just "your electric bill."

This is a spam caller. I did not answer. They left no message. I called it back and the recording replied, "This number is unaligated (I think they meant unallocated. When I hung up, I immediately received a call from New Jersey. .... SPAM
