Fake caller I D

my phone thought it was a spam call. I answered with Hello, my voice was repeated back to me, like an echo. I waited 30 seconds, did hear some rustling noise on their end., Then I said Hello 3 times, and again it echoed back, and I hung up.

When you call back, the number is disconnected. These scam artist are getting clever.

Robocall claimed to be my health insurance advisor

Recording asking if I want to switch health insurance. I listened for a while but it never did say who it was.
