Called my cell phone which no one knows but my family and they didn't leave any message.

this is the moaning call from Grenada. They call and hang up. Do not call the number back, your cell will get charged like 80 bucks.

you to call them back. When you call back it charges you a surcharge that apparently gets sent to them.

From what I have found online, this number (many that start with 473-520-****) will ring once our twice and hang up. If you call it back, you'll hear porn-like sounds and it will charge your phone bill a large fee.
