473 Area Code

I did not answer because of area code. Quick search shows International calls charge scam.

I got this call in the morning before school and it rang 4 times, my curiosity got the best of me and I called back as club music played and it kept saying "please wait for operator".

Just got a call around 4:30 AM. Rang approx. twice and hung up. Phone said number was from Norway.
