Another phishing attempt from a bad actor trying to get their loaded payload link opened to add ransomware

No message left -- caller "Potential Spam" hung up (or was blocked, or was a robocall system which got some chump to pick up) partway through the fifth ring. NO hits on Google (just a page plus of bogus front sites for Spokeo which don't even have the fake names they show Google on them -- all there is on them are splash ad links (purportedly) to Spokeo, but I have my doubts that they aren't a scam themselves!
